1. 取下げ
   志願変更願の用紙を中学校の先生等から入手して作成し、中学校の確認を受けた後、取下げ日（２月12日（木曜日））の午前９時から午後３時までの間に出願した高校に持参してください。
   • 都内の中学校に在学していない方は、中学校の確認は不要です。

   取下げ時には、出願した高校から調査書等出願に要した書類が返却されます。
